essay # 1

1. Describe what you see in each picture. in each picture I see differents things. In the first the women is doing exercises and in the second picture the men is eating fruits.
2. What are some good habits the people are engaged in? What might happen if they did not have these habits? Some goods habits the people are engaged are running eat healthy
3. Write about how good habits help you to stay healthy and to achieve your goals. Good habits help us to stay healthy because if we eat healthy our healt is going to be good but I f we don't eat food and if we eat junk food we are going to have a lot of illness.

Task: Write an essay about the importance of having good habits. Give examples of how you and the people you know practice good habits to stay healthy and to achieve goals. Use your ideas from the Pre-Writing questions to add details to your writing. It is a very important thing to have good habits for people. Good habits make us healthy and we can achieve goals having them. Good habits is something that we do with a good purpose for something good. There are a lot things that we can do for stay healthy and for achieve goals.

Some people of the around the world have good habits but must of them use the good habits to achieve goals. Good habit is not just for achieve goals it is also to stay healthy. Without health we can't do anything. It is very important that we have a good health. Many ways that we can stay healthy are; eat very well, do exercises, play a lot sports, etc....... Good example of stay healthy are in both pictures, she is doing exercises and he is eating fruits. A lot of people go to the gym. They go there for a good purpose or to achieve goals. Some people are obese and they made a purpose to lose weight.

Some goods habits the people are engaged are doing exercises, eat well, control themselves, and play all type of sport. If they don't have good habits they might have
diseases such us diabetis, cholesterol, etc.... Most of the people of around the world are obese. This is a dangerous illness. This happen because they don't eat well. They eat junk food , and they don't eat a lot of vegetables and fruits.To avoid them they have to make a purpose and do it. Also to have habit is not always to be healthy, it is also to achieve a goal. To achieve a goal we have to trust in ourself, we have to be optimism with everything and don't give up.
